Trust
Privacy & security
Swift Fill holds the answers you reuse on applications. That only works if the vault is genuinely private, so protection is built into the data layer rather than bolted onto the screens.
Private to your account
Every record is stored with your account ID and protected by database-level access rules. Another signed-in user cannot read, edit or delete your rows — the database rejects the request, not just the interface.
No Social Security numbers
Swift Fill does not collect or store SSNs, bank accounts or card numbers. The highest-risk identifiers stay out of the system entirely.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic runs over HTTPS and stored data is encrypted at rest by the managed database. Passwords are salted and hashed — never stored in readable form.
You stay in control
Any field can be cleared and any entry deleted at any time. Nothing is shared, sold or sent to third parties, and no data leaves your vault unless you copy it yourself.
Device lock on top of your password
A 5-digit PIN — stored only as a salted hash on your own device — plus optional Face ID or fingerprint unlock guards the vault, and it re-locks when you close the app or after five minutes idle.
Clipboard auto-clear
Anything you copy is wiped from the clipboard about 90 seconds later, so a personal detail can't be pasted later by another app or another person on the same device.
Hardened browser protections
Vault pages are sent with no-referrer and no-store rules, MIME-sniffing off, HTTPS enforced, and camera, microphone, location, ad-tracking and other device permissions switched off. Vault pages are also excluded from search engines.
Good habits
- Use a unique password of 8+ characters, or sign in with Google.
- Sign out when you finish on a shared or public device.
- Only paste health or financial details into forms you trust.
